Qualification : B.E. in Electronics / Electrical (Specialization in Mechatronics or Control Systems)

Experience : 3+ years in PLC / automation project execution

About the RoleWe're looking for a skilled and hands-on PLC Automation Engineer to join our Design & Development team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate will have experience in PLC programming, HMI development, and electrical circuit design, and will be responsible for executing complete automation projects from development to commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain PLC-based automation systems

Design and program HMI interfaces for industrial applications

Execute projects involving sensors, VFDs, servo drives, hydraulics, and pneumatics

Coordinate Factory and Site Acceptance Tests (FAT / SAT) with customers

Handle installation, commissioning, and post-deployment technical support

Design and assemble electrical control and power circuits

Perform root cause analysis and suggest improvements

Collaborate with vendors for equipment sourcing and evaluation

Technical Skills

• PLC Programming (Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider)
• HMI Design & SCADA familiarity
• Communication protocols : CAN Bus, Profibus, Profinet, Modbus
• Pneumatic & Hydraulic system handling
• Electrical wiring, panel design & control schematics
• Hands-on troubleshooting & project delivery
