Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and executing our marketing strategy while also supporting education counselling activities. You will lead marketing campaigns, collaborate with internal teams, and guide prospective students in making informed academic and career decisions. The role requires creativity, analytical thinking, and excellent communication skills to grow our brand, increase enrolments, and build strong student relationships.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand awareness and drive student enrolments
- Lead digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, email, events, and advertising
- Manage the institution's online presence and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
- Conduct student counselling sessions to advise on academic programs, admissions, and career pathways
- Organise and promote recruitment events such as open days and career fairs
- Collaborate with the sales / admissions team to align marketing with enrolment goals and track campaign performance
Qualifications
