Key Responsibilities :
1. Financial Operations
- Assist in day-to-day accounting entries, reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and vendor payments.
- Support preparation of vouchers, invoices, and other financial documentation.
- Learn and assist in accounts payable / receivable management.
2. Financial Reporting & Analysis
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Work on data consolidation and financial dashboards.3. Compliance & Audit
Help prepare documentation required for statutory and internal audits.Learn about tax compliance, GST returns, TDS, and other regulatory filings.Coordinate with auditors and departments for audit support.4. Cost & Inventory Management (if applicable)
Assist in cost center monitoring and cost-benefit analysis.Support inventory valuation, stock audits, and fixed asset accounting.5. System Familiarization
Learn financial ERP software like SAP, Oracle, Tally, or other platforms used by the company.Contribute to data clean-up, system migration tasks, or automation initiatives.Skills Required
