We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and sales-oriented professional to lead our Offline / Retail Expansion initiatives. This role involves identifying high-potential markets, driving on-ground operations, and collaborating cross-functionally to scale our offline presence. If you enjoy building from scratch, solving expansion challenges, and spending more time in the market than in long meetingsthis role is for you.
Tier 1 / Tier 2 academic background preferred
Key Responsibilities
Market Expansion & Strategy :
- Identify and prioritize high-potential markets for offline / retail expansion
- Conduct detailed market studies, competitor benchmarking, and site evaluations
- Develop expansion strategies, rollout plans, and market-entry frameworks
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
Work closely with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, and Sales teams to ensure seamless executionProvide inputs for product and operational enhancements based on field insightsOperational Excellence :
Create and implement SOPs, processes, and performance dashboardsManage on-ground execution for new market launches and retail expansionContinuously improve operational efficiency through data-driven decision-makingSales Enablement :
