Role Overview

We are looking for a Data Privacy Lead with strong hands-on experience in technical implementation of privacy frameworks, global privacy standards, and enterprise-wide policy implementation. The ideal candidate should be able to lead privacy programs, implement controls, manage compliance initiatives, and work closely with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of global data privacy frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, ISO 27701, etc.).
• Oversee privacy impact assessments (PIA / DPIA), data flow mapping, and gap assessments.
• Manage technical implementation of privacy controls across applications, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Drive creation, rollout, and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with IT, InfoSec, Legal, Product, and Business teams to ensure compliance.
• Lead incident response for privacy breaches and coordinate remediation with technical teams.
• Implement and monitor data subject rights (DSR / DSAR) mechanisms.
• Conduct vendor privacy risk assessments and oversee third-party compliance.
• Train teams on privacy standards, policies, and best practices.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership and global audit reviews.
