Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead overall brand strategy, positioning, and annual marketing plans to drive growth.
- Manage integrated marketing campaigns (ATL / BTL / Digital) to increase visibility and engagement.
- Oversee new product launches and innovation initiatives based on market and consumer trends.
- Drive digital performance, D2C marketing, and channel optimization to improve ROI.
- Track campaign performance, manage agencies / stakeholders, and ensure consistent brand communication.
Skills and Qualifications :
