About the Role
As the AVP – Retail, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and scaling Holistique Beauty’s offline retail strategy and execution. You will lead the end-to-end retail business across General Trade, Modern Trade, and Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs), driving profitability, brand excellence, and operational efficiency.
This role requires a visionary retail leader with strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail operations, and brand experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategize and lead the retail expansion roadmap across GT, MT, and EBO formats in alignment with organizational goals.
- Drive topline growth and profitability, ensuring robust channel performance and operational excellence.
- Strengthen partnerships with key retail, trade, and distribution stakeholders to enhance market reach.
- Oversee EBO operations and excellence — from store design and rollout to VM, customer experience, and training.
- Partner with marketing, product, and finance teams to create cohesive retail marketing and consumer engagement strategies.
- Leverage market intelligence, data analytics, and competitor insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing retail team, fostering accountability and innovation.
- Own the retail P&L, optimizing costs, productivity, and overall business efficiency.
✨ What We’re Looking For
12–15 years of progressive experience in retail operations and sales, preferably within beauty, personal care, or FMCG sectors.Proven expertise managing General Trade, Modern Trade, and EBO business channels at a national or regional leadership level.Strong strategic, analytical, and financial management skills with a focus on scaling retail sustainably.Demonstrated success in team leadership, partner management, and retail transformation initiatives.A deep passion for beauty, wellness, and building premium consumer experiences.
