Role Overview
We're looking for a General Manager who can take full charge of the company's operations, digital growth, HR, finance, and client management. You'll be the central decision-maker who ensures everything runs smoothly, teams perform well, and the company keeps growing.
What You'll Be Responsible For (Clear & Simple)
1. Operations & Strategy
- Run day-to-day operations without gaps.
- Set plans to grow revenue, improve processes, and increase efficiency.
- Ensure all departments work in sync.
2. Digital & Performance Marketing
Oversee digital marketing and paid campaigns (Facebook / Google Ads).Improve campaign performance, ROI, and online visibility.Supervise website updates, tracking, analytics, and automation.3. Team & Leadership
Lead and mentor all department heads.Keep teams aligned, motivated, and accountable.Take strong decisions during challenges or crises.4. Finance & Numbers
Manage P&L, budgets, and forecasting.Keep control on company spending and financial planning.5. Clients & Business Relations
Maintain strong relations with clients and partners.Attend important meetings, negotiations, and discussions.Ensure client satisfaction and timely delivery.6. HR & People Management
Handle hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and exits.Resolve employee concerns and maintain workplace discipline.Ensure HR documentation, attendance, and compliance are in order.7. Business Vigilance
Stay updated on every important activity, document, or deal.Make sure nothing moves without your knowledge.Protect company interests at all times.What You Need to Succeed
