We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-performance marketing campaigns across multiple channels while ensuring client success through effective communication and collaboration with internal teams. You will leverage your expertise in digital marketing platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others, to drive lead generation and improve campaign performance.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly in campaign execution, client servicing, and strategy optimisation. This role requires a strong communicator, capable of understanding and addressing client needs, managing expectations, and optimising campaigns for the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

Campaign Execution & Optimization :

• Execute and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (PPC, social media, display, affiliate, programmatic, etc.).
• Continuously optimise campaigns to improve ROI, reduce CPC, CPL, and COA while maintaining 80%+ qualified leads.
• Manage and track performance metrics, including CTR, conversion rates, CPA, and ROI, to ensure campaign effectiveness.
