Requirements

What We’re Looking For UX Methodologies : Proficiency in research, personas, wire-framing, and prototyping. Design Expertise : Ability to translate user journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, with a strong understanding of UI principles. Design Systems : Proven experience in building and utilizing design systems, with advanced skills in Figma. Platform Experience : Extensive experience in designing for both web applications and mobile platforms (iOS and Android) with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects on these platforms. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders effectively. Leadership & Mentorship : Willingness to mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Bonus Skills : Experience with motion design / prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie.
