Role : UI / UX Designer (1- 2 Years Experience)

We are seeking a talented UI / UX Designer with 1 to 2 years of full-time professional experience (internship experience excluded) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in both UI and UX, with a stronger inclination towards UI design and aesthetics. You should have a keen eye for detail, a solid understanding of design principles, and the ability to create clean, visually appealing, and intuitive interfaces.

Experience working on B2B or SaaS products is highly preferred, and prior work on dashboards is a must. Youll be working on multiple SaaS products for e-commerce analysis, contributing to designing end-to-end product experiences that balance functionality with aesthetic appeal.

Key Responsibilities :

Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for web-based SaaS products.
Translate complex data and workflows into clean, intuitive dashboard designs.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to ensure design

consistency and usability.

Conduct UX research and create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Ensure responsiveness and accessibility across devices and platforms.

Stay updated with UI / UX trends, design tools, and best : Minimum 1 year of full-time professional experience as a UI / UX Designer (excluding internships) with up to 2 years preferred.

Technical Skills : Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Design Expertise : Excellent sense of layout, typography, and color theory.

Domain Experience : Experience in designing dashboards; B2B / SaaS product experience is a plus.

Portfolio Requirement : A strong portfolio with detailed case studies demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skills.

Soft Skills : Ability to translate requirements into creative and functional designs, with strong communication and collaboration Background :

Any bachelors degree is acceptable.

A degree in Design, Fine Arts, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field will be

considered a plus.

Good to Have :

Understanding of e-commerce analytics or data visualization.

Knowledge of basic front-end principles for design handoff.
