Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Saha. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base. This role involves analyzing market trends, managing negotiations, preparing proposals, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will play a key role in promoting eCosmetix as a trusted manufacturing partner to meet client needs effectively.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Account Handling
  • Proficiency in Strategic Planning, Market Analysis, and Opportunity Identification
  • Negotiation, Proposal Preparation, and Presentation skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with internal teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the cosmetics or manufacturing industry is a plus
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
