Deliver end-to-end marketing campaign solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
Develop with HTML, CSS, SQL, and JavaScript to build dynamic templates, landing pages, and personalized content.
Utilize AMPscript to create text / HTML emails, landing pages, SMS / MMS, and push notifications.
Design and optimize campaigns with Journey Builder, Audience Builder, Content Builder, Cloud Pages, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Social Studio, Advertising Studio, and Web Studio.
Define segmentation criteria, create data extensions using SQL scripts, and conduct A / B testing.
Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into journeys, templates, and campaigns.
Ensure compliance with Marketing Cloud best practices and data privacy guidelines across regions.
Manage day-to-day BAU activities including campaign optimization, bug fixes, reporting, and data analysis.
Provide ROI details and campaign performance insights to stakeholders.

48+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform & data model.
Proven expertise with AMPscript, Cloud Pages, Journey Builder, Audience Builder, and Content Builder.
Hands-on development skills in HTML, CSS, SQL, JavaScript.
Experience in campaign management, marketing automation, and personalization strategies.
Strong understanding of data privacy and compliance & Certifications :
Bachelors degree in IT / Computer Applications or related field.
