Lead Salesforce Developer

Job descriptionExperience working in Agile / Scrum environments. Knowledge of Salesforce DX and unlocked packages. Familiarity with other Salesforce products like Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, or CPQ is a plus. Prior experience in a lead or senior developer role managing multiple stakeholders or teams.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
- Expertise in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce data model.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations (REST / SOAP APIs, external systems, middleware).
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, limits, and best practices.
- Experience with DevOps practices, version control (Git), and CI / CD tools (Gearset, Copado, etc.).
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is strongly preferred.
- Additional certifications such as Application Architect or System Architect are a plus.
