Job description :

• The analyst will be responsible for maintaining a continuous coverage on allocated industry sector and individual stocks; identify alpha opportunities and risks; to justify investment thesis to our institutional clients.
• The analyst will be responsible to execute the following task and take ownership to achieve the above objective(s) :

a) Create and maintain company operating, earnings forecasts and valuation models;.

b) Conducting statistical analysis of stock and company data, fundamentals, and relevant correlations of the data to identify alpha opportunities;.

c) Write research reports for initiations of coverage, analysis of data, earnings results, and industry news, to be published to our institutional investors and media.

Provide Buy / Sell / Hold Recommendations.

d) Maintain constant coverage of industry-related news, trends, and developments.

Disseminate your insight when appropriate to internal and external stakeholders (clients).

e) You will be expected to maintain a procedure protocol for escalating emerging news across the coverage and respond to corporate actions, special situations, event, and model validation.

f) Build relationships with investor relations teams of your portfolio companies.

This may involve some travel.

Communicate the company's research, building its brand and referring potential new clients.

Qualification : CA / CFP / MBA Finance (MUST).

Experience :

2-4 years of practical experience of using Excel for building and maintaining financial models.

(MUST).

Platform experience within Bloomberg or similar software.
