Equity Research Analyst (Fundamental Research) - Indian Banking & Financial Services

Our Client, a Leading Financial Services company is looking out for an  Equity Research Analyst - Fundamental Research (Indian Banking & Financial Services sector)  to be based at Mumbai.

• The ideal candidate should be a CA / CFA / MBA - Finance with 2-6 years' experience in Fundamental Research specifically Indian Banking / Financial Services sector.
• The individual could be from Sell Side / Buy Side, PMS, Insurance and Global Capability Centre but experience in the Indian Banking sector is mandatory
• The Research Analyst shall track the sector on a regular basis and develop deep understanding of the sector and companies involved.
• The person shall carry out detailed fundamental analysis of the individual companies both within and outside his sector and communicate the same to the team.
• The incumbent shall meet the company management, have periodic calls with the management and prepare reports as may be required in pre-decided formats.
• The individual shall interact with the sell-side research analysts and help the fund manager in identifying and tracking the companies for the fund portfolio.
• Recommend securities for investments based on analysis carried out and also track the portfolio companies on a regular basis as may be required. Assist the fund manager in managing the portfolio as and when required by the fund manager.
