Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive fundamental analysis of publicly traded companies, including financial statement analysis, ratio analysis, and cash flow evaluation.
• Develop detailed financial models (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions) to value companies and forecast future earnings.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends, macroeconomic factors, and competitive landscape to understand their impact on the companies covered.
• Write clear, concise, and insightful research reports, including investment recommendations, target prices, and risk assessments.
• Engage with company management, attend industry conferences, and participate in earnings calls to gather qualitative and quantitative information.
• Track and update coverage universe regularly with new developments, news, and financial results.
• Collaborate closely with portfolio managers, sales teams, and other stakeholders to align research insights with investment strategies.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies related to research activities.
• Stay updated on market news, regulatory changes, and evolving industry Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in equity research, investment banking, financial analysis, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and capital markets.
• Proficient in financial modeling and use of tools such as Excel, Bloomberg, FactSet, or Reuters.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• High ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
