Job Summary (List Format) for Sr. Payroll Analyst, International

• Support accurate and compliant payroll accounting and operations for international entities, primarily in APAC and EMEA / LATAM regions.
• Maintain payroll data integrity and ensure compliance with accounting standards and data privacy regulations.
• Collaborate with Payroll Operations, Payroll Accounting, Employment Tax, GAR, FP&A, and external vendors for accurate reporting and financial close activities.
• Gather, validate, and cleanse payroll data; prepare and review payroll-related financial reports, ensuring protection of personally identifiable information (PII).
• Assist with month-end close by supporting journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and other financial processes.
• Document and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and support rhythm-of-business (ROB) activities.
• Coordinate data requests and facilitate cross-functional communication for timely reporting and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation to streamline workflows and enhance reporting accuracy.
• Support internal and external audits by ensuring timely and accurate documentation.
• Uphold data governance, confidentiality, and compliance controls in all payroll-related activities.
• Contribute to various payroll operations projects and support system enhancements as needed.
• Utilize strong analytical, data management, and Excel skills to manage large datasets and complex reporting.
• Leverage knowledge of payroll accounting concepts, ERP systems (such as Oracle / Workday), and tools like ADP or Blackline reconciliations.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, collaboration, time management, and problem-solving abilities in a global, fast-paced environment.
