Overview : Position Summary :

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be accountable for supporting the Visy Talent Acquisition team with all recruitment administration functions.

Relationship building and communication skills are essential when partnering with the Talent Acquisition team as well as internal business managers, recruitment suppliers and Candidates. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will be responsible for the accurate updating and maintenance of technology tools used in hiring at Visy.

Key Responsibilities :

• Review jobs in Applicant Tracking System to ensure accuracy of position information via HRIS system
• Upload Position Description for all roles within Applicant Tracking System
• Ensure Job Brief details have been uploaded and are accurate in partnership with Talent Acquisition Team
• Create Job Advertisements for roles within Applicant Tracking System based on Position Description, Job Brief and Job Advert Template
• Use of processes and systems in line with standard Visy operating procedures Team feedback
