We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Proposal Writer to join our Bid & Pre-Sales team and support in developing compelling business proposals aligned with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Support the proposal team in creating, editing, and formatting RFP / RFI / RFQ responses, presentations, and supporting documents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, and Marketing) to gather relevant content for proposals.
• Maintain and update the proposal content repository and templates for future use.
• Review and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company branding and standards.
• Conduct background research on clients, competitors, and industries to strengthen proposal responses.
• Assist in drafting executive summaries and customized responses that highlight Clovity’s strengths.
• Manage timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted within deadlines.
