We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate Proposal Writer to join our Bid & Pre-Sales team and support in developing compelling business proposals aligned with client requirements. Key Responsibilities : Support the proposal team in creating, editing, and formatting RFP / RFI / RFQ responses, presentations, and supporting documents. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Delivery, and Marketing) to gather relevant content for proposals. Maintain and update the proposal content repository and templates for future use. Review and proofread documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to company branding and standards. Conduct background research on clients, competitors, and industries to strengthen proposal responses. Assist in drafting executive summaries and customized responses that highlight Clovity’s strengths. Manage timelines and ensure all deliverables are submitted within deadlines. Required Skills & Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in proposal writing, pre-sales support, or content creation (IT / Tech domain preferred). Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and ability to format professional documents. Understanding of RFP / RFI processes will be an added advantage. Ability to work effectively during EST hours and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
