Key Responsibilities :

Maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.

Administer and troubleshoot IT systems and security tools.

Implement data security measures, such as two-factor authentication.

Manage software licenses, hardware procurement, and deployment.

Provide technical support to employees and ensure compliance with data security regulations.

Manage vendor relationships and provide employee training on IT systems.
