Job Title : Software Development Lead – Salesforce Service Cloud

Education : 15 years of full-time education

Job Summary :

We are looking for a highly skilled Software Development Lead with expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) . In this role, you will lead software development initiatives, oversee end-to-end implementation, and ensure that project deliverables align with client requirements. You will be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and making key technical decisions to drive project success.

Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce Service Cloud.

Lead and manage the software development team, ensuring high performance and accountability.

Take ownership of team-level decisions and contribute to organization-wide strategic discussions.

Collaborate with multiple teams to influence and contribute to key project decisions.

Provide effective solutions to complex technical problems within and across teams.

Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance technical capabilities of the team.

Monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with client requirements, timelines, and quality standards.

Mentor and support team members to foster growth and knowledge advancement.

Professional & Technical Skills

Must-Have Skills :

Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud .

Strong expertise in Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) .

Solid understanding of software development methodologies .

Hands-on experience with Salesforce integration with other platforms.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Familiarity with Agile project management practices .

Additional Information

This position is based at our Bengaluru office .

Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant Salesforce Service Cloud experience .

A 15 years full-time education is mandatory.
