Role Summary :
Seeking a dynamic Sales Expert with a background in IT engineering and proven experience in Fintech or SaaS-based sales. The ideal candidate will drive space selling for an upcoming technology show, targeting innovative product vendors and solution providers, leveraging technical expertise and sales acumen to achieve event revenue goals
Roles and Responsibilities (including but not limited to) :
- Identify, approach, and close sales with technology companies, startups, and product vendors for exhibition space at the new technology show
- Understand client requirements and position exhibition / sponsorship solutions tailored to Fintech, SaaS, and IT firms
- Conduct presentations, product pitches, and demos, highlighting event value to prospective exhibitors.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision makers in IT and SaaS companies, startups, and industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with events, marketing, and technical teams to create seamless exhibitor experiences and maximize event impact.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer feedback using CRM tools.
- Provide market and competitor insights to improve event positioning and exhibitor value proposition.
- Participate in networking, industry events, and client meetings as a brand ambassador for the technology show
Candidate Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years in IT, Fintech, or SaaS sales; direct experience with space / event / exhibition selling is a plus.Strong understanding of IT product, SaaS, or Fintech industry trends, technology, and client needs.Excellent communication, technical presentation, and negotiation skills.Proven track record of meeting / exceeding sales targets, especially in solution selling or exhibition space sales.Familiarity with CRM and sales management softwareWillingness to travel as required for the trade fairs.
