We’re looking for a dynamic individual to join the Founder’s Office , working directly with the founders on high-impact business initiatives. This is a unique opportunity for someone with a product management background who wants to transition into business strategy, growth, and execution . You’ll act as a problem-solver, operator, and project owner across multiple verticals — shaping decisions that directly impact SuperK’s growth journey.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives across retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and membership programs.
• Own end-to-end problem statements — from framing opportunities to executing pilots and scaling solutions.
• Utilize your product mindset to bring  structured thinking  and  data-driven decision-making  to complex business problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (tech, ops, finance, marketing) to ensure smooth execution of key projects.
• Build dashboards, frameworks, and playbooks for business operations and strategic priorities.
• Represent the Founder’s Office in internal and external stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups.
