About the Role

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Social Media & Client Servicing Manager who can bridge strategy, creativity, and execution.

This role calls for someone who can own client relationships, drive social media strategy, and lead internal teams to deliver strong, insight-led brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

a) Social Media Strategy & Planning :

Develop and oversee monthly and quarterly social media calendars and decks for multiple clients.

b) Strategic Thinking & Deck Creation :

Create and present strategy-led decks from campaign proposals to quarterly reviews that translate insights into actionable ideas.

c) Client Management :

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients - understanding briefs, managing expectations, and ensuring timely delivery.

d) Execution & Coordination :

Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, performance) and external vendors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and content plans.

e) Campaign Ideation :

Contribute to creative brainstorming and strategic thinking for digital campaigns, influencer activities, and brand-led moments.

f) Team Leadership :

Lead and mentor a small team to plan, execute, and report on campaigns efficiently.

g) Performance Tracking :

Monitor content performance, extract insights, and use data to optimize ongoing and future strategies.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in a social media or digital marketing agency
• Understanding of digital platforms, social media trends, and audience behavior
• Proficient in creating strategy-led presentations and storytelling through decks
• Proficient in client communication and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Leadership and team management
• Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset
