Bharat Ecofuels is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with 5+ years of experience to support our executive team. This role is based in Noida and requires moderate travel to other company locations or industry events. Responsibilities :
- Manage executive schedules, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements.
- Prepare and track expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, with professionalism and discretion.
- Maintain organized physical and digital files, ensuring easy access to important documents.
- Provide crucial executive support, including preparing presentations, conducting research, and handling confidential information.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications :
5+ years of proven experience in executive and administrative assistance, preferably supporting senior-level management.Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong attention to detail.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in handling sensitive information.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.Willingness to travel as needed, with the understanding that travel will be a moderate part of the role.If you are a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, we encourage you to apply.
