Key Responsibilities :
- Social Media Calendar :
- Plan and manage monthly social media calendars focusing on new launches, campaigns, and core product visibility.
- Schedule posts and stories using tools like Instagram Insights and Social Bakers to optimize engagement.
- Content Creation & Innovation :
- Develop fresh and creative content ideas aligned with both BAU (Business as Usual) and launch campaigns .
- Experiment with new content formats to maintain relevance and drive audience interaction.
- Create shoot decks and lead execution for campaign shoots.
- Coordination :
- Collaborate with Brand Building, Design, and Central Marketing teams for product launches, sales campaigns, and cross-brand initiatives.
- Manage collaborations to ensure alignment with brand tone and strategy.
- Inclusivity & Diversity :
- Plan and execute inclusive and diverse social media content across all platforms to reflect brand values.
- Production & Launch Creative Direction :
- Lead and oversee creative direction for shoots and campaign launches, ensuring visual and strategic alignment with brand objectives.
- Performance Analysis :
- Use analytics tools to evaluate campaign performance and extract actionable insights for optimization.
