We're looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to manage and grow our social media presence and influencer marketing activities. The role involves planning, publishing, and monitoring content across platforms, coordinating with internal teams, and managing influencer collaborations for campaigns and product launches.
You'll be part of a collaborative marketing team working across brands like Apple, Bose, Lego, Under Armour, and Tekne .
Key Responsibilities :
1. Social Media Strategy & Execution
Plan and manage monthly social media calendars for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.Coordinate with design, content, and brand teams to ensure the timely rollout of campaigns.Monitor content performance and make recommendations for improvement.Stay updated on platform trends and adapt content formats accordingly.2. Influencer Marketing
Identify and onboard relevant influencers for campaigns and product launches.Coordinate deliverables, content approvals, and publishing timelines to ensure seamless execution.Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and prepare campaign summaries.Build and maintain relationships with influencers, creators, and agencies.3. Campaign Management
Drive end-to-end execution of organic and paid social campaigns — from brief to report.Monitor campaign metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize in real time.Track campaign outcomes and share insights with the larger team.4. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare monthly and campaign-level reports that highlight key KPIs and key learnings.Present insights to improve future campaigns and overall engagement performance.What We're Looking For :
4–6 years of experience in social media management and influencer marketing (agency or brand side).Strong understanding of Meta, YouTube, and emerging platforms.Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliverables simultaneously.Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, and Google Analytics.Strong communication, coordination, and project management skills.Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.Skills Required
