Experience Required :
3–5 years digital marketing experience with UK MARKET , with minimum 2–3 years managing UK or London-based B2B campaigns .
Primary Objective
Generate qualified leads from the UK market (especially London region) for company products and services — through performance marketing, content strategy, and multi-channel campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation :Plan and execute digital campaigns focused on UK-based industries (Retail, QSR, Hospitality, Healthcare, etc.).Run LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and Meta campaigns specifically targeting UK audiences.Build and manage email automation workflows and cold outreach campaigns using tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, or Apollo.io .SEO & Content Marketing :Perform UK-based keyword research and competitor analysis.Optimize landing pages for UK-local search terms and customer behavior.Manage blog, press releases, and content collaborations relevant to UK market trends .Social Media & Branding :Maintain and grow LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube presence tailored to UK corporate tone & culture .Engage with UK-based communities, groups, and decision-makers.Schedule posts aligned with UK time zones for best engagement.Analytics & Reporting :Track ROI and conversion rates using Google Analytics,Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead metrics, campaign performance, and recommendations.CRM & Coordination :Work with the Sales and CRM team to hand off qualified, warm leads .Sync with UK-based clients or agencies when needed.Required Knowledge & Skills
Deep understanding of UK digital ecosystem , audience behavior, and data privacy norms (GDPR).Proficiency in :Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)LinkedIn AdsMeta Business SuiteHubSpot / Zoho / Lemlist / ApolloGoogle Analytics, Search Console, Tag ManagerExcellent English communication — written and verbal — with awareness of UK business tone and etiquette .Strong understanding of UK geography and buyer persona (London, Birmingham, Manchester, etc.).Bonus : Experience with B2B SaaS, Tech, or Kiosk / Hospitality brands .
