Job Summary :

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.

Plan and monitor the company’s online presence on all relevant platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Optimize content for the website and social networking channels such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter.

Identify trends and insights to allocate marketing spend and maximize ROI.

Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess them against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.

Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and development) to create engaging and brand-aligned marketing materials.

Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and link-building strategies to improve website ranking.

Plan and execute marketing automation and CRM email campaigns.

Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

1–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing (depending on role level).

Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.), and email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).

Solid knowledge of website analytics and social media insights.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.

Excellent communication and content creation skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.
