About the Role :
We’re looking for a strategic and creative Senior Social Media Marketing Specialist who can lead campaigns end-to-end across multiple platforms, drive measurable results through performance marketing, and play a pivotal role in brand growth.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for both organic and paid social media marketing , content planning, creative campaign execution, and performance optimization — while managing multiple client accounts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Strategize, plan & execute integrated social media marketing campaigns for multiple clients.
- Develop comprehensive content calendars , ensuring alignment with business goals and campaign strategies.
- Manage end-to-end Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram) to achieve strong performance results (leads, traffic, engagement, conversions).
- Plan and execute Ads campaigns — both lead generation and brand awareness.
- Create and manage organic social media campaigns , engagement activities, and community growth strategies.
- Collaborate with creative teams to ideate and deliver compelling content across formats (static, video, stories, reels, carousels, etc.).
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, optimize campaigns , and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm changes, and leverage new features effectively.
- Lead social media strategy discussions with clients, providing creative and data-driven solutions.
- Ensure high-quality execution across all accounts, adhering to deadlines and objectives.
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, content, SEO, etc.) to ensure campaign alignment and maximum impact.
Requirements :
2–5 years of proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong focus on Meta Ads & Ads .Deep understanding of content strategy , audience targeting, funnel creation, and campaign optimization.Strong creative sense with the ability to conceptualize campaigns that stand out.Proficiency in performance marketing tools, Ads Manager, and analytics dashboards.Excellent English communication skills — both written and verbal.Strong project ownership skills — able to manage multiple clients simultaneously.Ability to drive campaigns independently and deliver consistent results .Strategic thinker who is equally hands-on with execution.
