We are an early-stage SaaS startup with a live Agentic AI HR-Tech product and a newly launched website. We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketer who can own our marketing end-to-end :
setting direction, executing campaigns, and driving measurable results.
What You’ll Do
1. Positioning & Messaging
- Define and refine our product positioning and value messaging.
- Validate with customer research and iterate as a when needed.
2. Content Marketing
Research, write, and publish content (blogs, landing pages, case studies,posts).
Build and execute a content distribution strategy (email, social, communities,partnerships).
Repurpose content across channels for maximum reach.3. Growth Channels
Lead SEO strategy (keyword research, on-page optimization, link building).Set up and run email campaigns & campaigns.Experiment with early community-driven or lightweight paid channels.4. Funnel & Analytics
Track website traffic, trial sign-ups, and conversion metrics.Set up dashboards to monitor KPIs and report results regularly.Recommend and implement optimizations across the funnel.Establish lightweight marketing tooling / automation to scale efforts.What We’re Looking For
1–4 years in B2B SaaS marketing – MUST HAVE.Strong writing skills + proven ability to produce and ship content.Hands-on experience in SEO, campaigns, email tools, and website CMS.Comfortable setting up and interpreting analytics dashboards.Startup mindset : scrappy, experimental, willing to switch between strategy and execution.Experience guiding junior marketers or interns.Why Join Us
