Job Title : Sales Manager – Closing (Residential Real Estate)

Experience : 3-5 Years
Job Responsibilities :
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall project goals.
- Develop a strong understanding of real estate norms, project processes, and micro-market dynamics.
- Monitor and analyze competitor offerings, market trends, pricing, and campaigns.
- Convert 15% of leads into successful bookings, maintaining key performance ratios :
- Lead to Walk-in : 10%
- Walk-in to Booking : 15%
- Minimize booking cancellations within 10% threshold.
- Ensure accurate, timely updates on SFDC and follow all system protocols.
- Collaborate with various channel partners and track each partner's business contribution.
- Identify and activate new sourcing channels to drive lead generation and conversions.
- Uphold ethics, integrity, and a positive professional environment.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree (preferred).Proven experience in residential real estate sales with strong closing capability.Sound knowledge of real estate laws, contracts, and closing procedures.Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office & CRM tools.Note : Only Female Candidates May Apply
