Responsibilities

• Preparation of EOT and delay analysis for various phases of projects.
• Responsible for timely construction of all precast elements as per schedule.
• Follow-up and make requirements of major material for various activities of site .
• Preparation of work program, client presentations and monitoring of the progress.
• Planning work time & resources, scheduling the activities, updating the actual progress, monitoring & discussing project status with Superiors
