Role Overview :

The Sales Support Executive will play a key role in supporting sales operations, managing customer interactions, coordinating orders, and ensuring seamless communication between customers, distributors, and internal departments. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, a customer-first mindset, and the flexibility to travel across India as part of business activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Sales Coordination & Support

• Manage day-to-day sales operations, including order processing, quotation preparation, and follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely information, reports, and coordination.
• Maintain and update customer and lead databases.
• Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order execution and dispatch.
• Assist in product launches, promotions, and marketing activities.

Qualifications & Skills Required :

Education :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.

Experience : 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer service in nutraceuticals, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or a related sector.

Communication :

Excellent spoken and written English and Hindi (required).

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.

Personal Attributes :

Strong interpersonal skills, proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused.

Mobility :

Willingness to travel across India for business requirements.

Career Growth :

This role provides exposure to both domestic B2B and B2C sales functions, with opportunities to grow into field sales, key account management, or regional sales roles based on performance and initiative.
