As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the expansion and optimization of global payroll products across multiple regions. You’ll own a portfolio of countries, guiding product strategy, roadmap execution, and cross-functional delivery to drive business growth and operational excellence. This role combines strategic vision with hands-on leadership, requiring deep product ownership, stakeholder management, and the ability to mentor other product professionals. Accountabilities :

• Lead the roadmap and delivery for a portfolio of countries within the global payroll expansion program.
• Define clear product goals, success metrics, and business outcomes aligned with the broader company vision.
• Drive complex, high-impact initiatives that enhance product efficiency, scalability, and compliance.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable product roadmaps, ensuring clarity and alignment across teams.
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and operations to ensure feasibility and timely delivery.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and stakeholder communication to maintain transparency and focus.
• Act as a key escalation point for cross-functional challenges, ensuring smooth coordination and resolution.
• Mentor and coach junior product managers, fostering best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
