Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Tele Caller proficient in Telugu, Hindi, and English. The Tele Caller will be responsible for engaging with clients and customers via phone calls, providing information about services, handling customer inquiries, and managing client accounts. They will also be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism and report on customer feedback and call outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Telugu, Hindi, and English
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service and call handling
• Ability to manage and report client accounts
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• High level of professionalism and ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred
