Role Overview
We’re looking for exceptionally talented individuals with a knack for connecting with people and turning every conversation into an opportunity. Your voice and approach will be key in transforming calls into meaningful discussions and turning prospects into meetings. This role focuses on reaching out to potential clients, identifying opportunities, managing data efficiently, and playing a pivotal part in growing Acumen’s B2B client network. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and leverage existing data sources to generate high-quality prospect lists.
- Source new leads and potential clients through LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Maintain and update data to ensure accuracy and relevance for business development activities.
- Conduct outbound calls to targeted prospects with a focus on securing meetings.
- Build meaningful connections with prospects and create interest in Acumen’s services.
- Schedule meetings between prospective clients and the Sales / Consulting team.
- Maintain detailed call logs and provide regular updates to the Sales Manager.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s in Commerce, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience : 2–3 years in phone-based or inside sales (B2B preferred).
Core Competencies :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (fluency in English).Proficiency in LinkedIn, MS Office & basic CRM / data tools.Confidence and persistence in handling cold calls.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and target-driven.Who Should Apply
