Pastry Production Assistant

Job Title : Commis – ( CHOCOLATIER / PASTRY)

Experience : 1-2 years in a professional pastry kitchen (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, tempering, and molding of chocolates and pastries with precision and care.
• Execute recipes with accuracy, adhering to the standards and techniques set by the kitchen.
• Maintain an organized and hygienic workstation, upholding industry best practices.
• Support packaging and quality control to ensure that every product meets Ether’s uncompromising standards.
• Work with efficiency, focus, and a willingness to refine technique under the guidance of senior chefs.
