Talent Acquisition Lead (Non-IT)

We are looking for : Position : Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to head our recruitment function and build a strong talent pipeline for the organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the full-cycle hiring process — from talent planning and sourcing to final selection and onboarding. This role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to enhance recruitment processes for efficiency and scale

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the end-to-end hiring process across departments, ensuring seamless candidate experience.
• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and build hiring plans.
• Source high-quality talent through multiple channels, including job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on skillset, experience, and culture fit.
• Manage and optimize the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment dashboards.
• Design and execute employer branding activities, recruitment drives, and campus hiring programs.
• Drive onboarding for selected candidates ensuring smooth joining formalities and documentation.
• Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for recurring positions.
• Track hiring metrics, provide weekly reports, and analyze data to improve hiring efficiency and timelines.
• Mentor junior recruiters or HR associates involved in hiring.
