- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding)
- Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.)
- Strong telephonic screening and candidate sourcing capabilities
- Experience in payroll management and HRIS systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle multiple HR administrative functions
Preferred Skills / Experience
- Previous experience in Real Estate, Construction, or Engineering industry recruitment (mandatory preference)
- Experience with high-volume recruitment and managing recruitment pipelines
- Knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
