What You’ll Do :

👉 Design and lead strategic workforce planning to support rapid growth

👉 Drive high-velocity recruitment across tech, business, and operations

👉 Implement scalable HR systems, policies, and compliance processes

👉 Build and nurture a culture of performance, innovation, and inclusion

👉 Act as a trusted advisor to founders and leadership on all people matters

👉 Lead organizational development, performance management, and L&D programs

👉 Champion employee engagement and experience as we scale

Who You Are :

👉 Having experience of 4-10 years in different HR position.

👉 You’ve scaled a company from 0 to 100–200+ people and know the ride—chaotic, thrilling, and deeply rewarding.

👉 Experience in high-growth startups or fast-scaling environments

👉 Strong command over end-to-end HR functions : recruitment, compliance, culture, policies, engagement, and retention

👉 A strategic thinker who is also hands-on—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves when needed
