Job Overview :

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team at Mitsogo on a 6-month contract. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support Mitsogo’s mission and growth. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
• Source potential candidates through online channels such as LinkedIn, Naukri, networking events, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules and ensure timely communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Facilitate the offer process including salary negotiations, benefits discussions, and finalizing employment terms.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are accurately documented.
• Stay informed about industry trends, recruitment best practices, and emerging talent acquisition technologies.
