Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Senior Sales Engineer. The Senior Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, engaging in direct sales activities, and delivering exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include developing sales strategies, meeting with clients to understand their needs, offering technical solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent support and service.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Sales Engineering and Technical Support
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in Sales and developing client relationships
• Excellent problem-solving skills and technical knowledge
• Bachelor&aposs degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the environmental testing industry is advantageous
