Designation : Assistant General Manager Sales - Closing (Luxury Residential Sales)

Job Location : SOBO

Budget : Max Upto 35 LPA (Basis Last Drawn)

Shift : Dayshift - 6 days working with rostered week off (Sunday will be working)

• Qualifications & Skills :
• Education : Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.
• Experience : 12–15 years of core residential real estate sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role handling closings in prime locations in Mumbai.
• Skills :
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to close high-value deals and manage elite clientele.
• Strong command of CRM systems (especially Salesforce), documentation, and RERA compliance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the luxury housing market, buyer behavior, and sales psychology.
• Position Summary :
• AGM – Closing role involves leading a team of Closing Managers, converting high-potential leads into successful closures, and ensuring a seamless and premium customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the luxury residential real estate segment, strong team management skills, and a proven track record of driving sales conversions in a competitive market.
