We're looking for a driven and curious Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our fast-growing SaaS team. You’ll be the first line of communication with prospective clients, helping them discover how our software solutions can solve real-world challenges. Tasks
- Identify and research potential leads within target industries using tools like LinkedIn, Apollo, and company databases.
- Initiate outbound communication via emails, calls, and social media to educate prospects about our SaaS product.
- Qualify inbound leads based on need, urgency, budget, and decision-making ability.
- Schedule product demos and discovery calls for Account Executives.
- Maintain organized records of leads and interactions in the CRM (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with marketing to align messaging and optimize lead conversion.
- Stay up-to-date on our product roadmap, use cases, and competitor landscape to position our SaaS effectively.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or similar client-facing role in a SaaS or tech environment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Passion for SaaS and emerging technologies.A proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow.Resilience, creativity, and the ability to handle rejections positively.Familiarity with CRM tools and outreach platforms is a plus.
