Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior System Integration & Validation Engineer to lead large-scale system integration efforts and end-to-end validation workflows across complex building automation solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in system-level testing, integration of diverse platforms, and simulation-based scalability validation. The successful candidate will also mentor junior engineers and collaborate across global teams to ensure seamless product delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

System Integration & Scalability Testing

• Lead the setup and integration of large-scale systems, including simulations of up to 200 devices (e.g., TRC scalability testing as performed in Andover).
• Drive integration efforts for hotel-specific setups and ensure seamless interoperability with EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO) platforms.
• Develop and execute end-to-end validation workflows across hardware, firmware, cloud, and mobile interfaces.
