Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilites Include
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups)
- Help with employee onboarding and documentation
- Support in HR operations such as attendance tracking, database management, and record keeping
- Coordinate employee engagement and team-building activities
- Draft HR communications, policies, and reports
- Maintain confidentiality and support various HR projects as needed
