Incubated at IIM Nagpur’s InFED , we work at the intersection of STEM education, embedded systems, and aerial robotics to inspire creativity and technical curiosity.

About the Role

This Management Trainee position is designed for fresh graduates interested in customer engagement, onboarding, and business development within a high-growth technology environment. You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, supporting their onboarding process, and guiding them throughout their journey with Aasma Aerospace.

Key Responsibilities Customer Relationship & Sales Support

  • Engage with warm and hot leads, conduct follow-ups, and guide prospects through the conversion process.
  • Maintain strong communication with clients, presenting the company’s offerings clearly and professionally.
  • Support customer onboarding and ensure a smooth experience throughout their engagement lifecycle.
  • Maintain structured tracking, reporting, and documentation of leads and conversions using MS Excel and internal tools.
  • Operational & Management Support

  • Assist the management team with operational tasks, presentations, and technology-related activities.
  • Prepare business documents, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to support new initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Required Qualifications

  • B.Tech, Polytechnic Diploma, or B.Sc. (Mathematics / Physics).
  • 0–6 months of experience (freshers welcomed).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-moving environment.
  • Preferred Attributes

  • Strong customer-interaction skills with a presentable and professional demeanor.
  • High level of enthusiasm, curiosity, and willingness to learn about drone technology and business development.
  • Motivated to meet goals and work collaboratively with the team.
